The house is situated in a small Andalusian village  on a calm street near the bakery. The house has 2 floors; downstairs there is a living room with wood burning stove, kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs 2 rooms and a storage room (prepared for bathroom). The patio has  two seating areas, a small shed and a splash pool. The interior and exterior design is combining a traditional Andalusian style with modern, creative  touches. You will love spending relaxing winter days reading by the wood burning fire and the rest of the year enjoying  the evenings in the patio!

Arenas del Rey is situated in the Granada province only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful and historical Alhama de Granada; the Mediterranean coast is an hour away and so is the ever fascinating city of Granada. Arenas del Rey is one of the few villages left in the area that still has an untouched feeling about it,  but the village itself has shops, pharmacy,  24 hours medical care, communal swimming pool and a few bars. Lake Bermejales is 5 minutes walk away and is a wonderful place, not only for cooling off on hot summer days, but also for water activities and evening picnics watching the sun go down. This place is for someone who is looking for a genuine and tranquil Spanish atmosphere with friendly neighbors and who also enjoys being close to nature.
